The Berean is a digital discipleship platform operated by Matthew (Tolu) Olowoyeye, where you can read devotionals, study the Bible, take Academy courses, purchase books and e-books, and contribute original writing.

4. User-generated content

If you contribute writing through the Contributors Hub you keep ownership of your work but grant The Berean a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit, display and distribute it on the Site. You confirm your submissions are original and do not infringe third-party rights. We may review, edit or remove submitted content at our discretion.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — devotionals, articles, study materials, course content, book covers, logos, graphics and software — is owned by The Berean or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may share links freely, but may not reproduce or redistribute substantial portions without written permission.

6. Store and purchases

Purchases are processed by our payment providers. By buying, you also agree to their terms and privacy policies. Digital downloads (e-books, PDFs) are licensed for personal, non-commercial use and may not be resold or redistributed. For group licensing (youth groups, Bible studies), please contact us.
