Why should I pray if God already knows everything?

Prayer is not about informing God — it is about being with Him. He knows what you need before you ask, yet He invites you to ask because He wants relationship, not just transactions. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer, present your requests to God, and His peace will guard your heart. Talk to Him like the loving Father He is.
